I can't find the item I wanted. Do you have it in stock?

We only show items that are available to buy on our website. If you can't find it on our site, it is most likely not available. However occasionally we may have certain items that are only available through Instagram. 


How do I cancel my order?

To cancel an order, please send an email to info@belvar.co.uk requesting a cancellation along with your order details. We will respond via Email confirming whether or not we could complete your request. In certain circumstances we are unable to complete cancellation due to the speed of the order completion. If this situation, please see our refund policy.


Why has my order been cancelled?


If your order has been cancelled, it will most likely due to item(s) you selected being out of stock. In such circumstances, you will be notified by email and not charged for this.
