Refund Policy

Here at Belvar, our refund policy lasts a total of 14 days. Once 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We also can't offer you a refund if your purchase was an item on sale. We only offer refunds for regular priced items.

In order to return your purchase, you must meet all of the following requirements. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
Please send your purchase(s) directly back to Belvar (address upon request) and not directly back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error can not be refunded.

In order to request a refund, you will have to send back your purchase(s). Once we receive your item(s), we will notify you by email. We will then move onto to the review process. We will then notify you whether or not your request for a refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.

If you still haven't received your payment after 5 working days, follow these steps. Initially check your bank account to see if you have received the funds. If you haven't, get in touch with your Bank as there may be a time lag before your refund is posted. If you still haven't had any success locating your refund, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team by email, info@belvar.co.uk 

When returning an item, you are responsible for your own shipping costs. If you receive a refund, you will be liable for the cost of the return shipping. This will be automatically deducted from your refund.

If shipping an item of high value, we advise you to use a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your item.
