How will I know my order has been completed?

On completion of your order, we will send you a confirmation email, including the details of your order (items bought, delivery option chosen). This will be followed by an email confirming that your item(s) have been shipped along with a tracking number for your parcel. 

Can I make changes to my order, after placing it?

Once you have completed an order, you can't make any changes. This includes changing your items, Changing your delivery option or email address. If you place an order with an incorrect delivery address, we may be able to change it, if you get in touch with our Customer Service Team before it is shipped. If it has already been shipped, nothing can be done.

Are Import Duties & Custom chargers included?

If you are ordering from outside of the EU, you may be subject to pay import duties and charges when your parcel arrives. Unfortunately we have no control over this. For more information on this, please contact your local customs office before placing an order, if you have reason this may affect you.
